• on your next billing date, you are billed the full amount for the new package

• if the lower plan has reduced limits, you will first need to remove any extra users, businesses, or features that exceed that package
• if those required changes are not made, you may remain on your current package until the account fits the lower plan
• once the downgrade is completed, any applicable pro-rated credit is generally applied to a future billing period rather than paid out in cash

If you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of your current paid billing period. After that, if the account is no longer active, the widget code on your website will stop displaying reviews unless the subscription is reactivated.
